1. Director - Employee Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Lead and manage a team within the Employee Benefits (EB) department, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure operational excellence and high-performance delivery. 
  • Deliver high-quality broking services to existing and prospective corporate clients, offering a comprehensive range of insurance solutions, including but limited to group medical, group life, and MPF etc.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and revenue streams that align with business goals.
  • Provide strong leadership within EB team and fostering collaboration and a productive cross-functional work environment.
  • Achieve business growth through penetration from current portfolio and acquisition of new prospects.
  • Liaise with insurers and service providers to facilitate smooth renewal process.
  • Ensure superior client service delivery including claims data analytics and proposal development.
  • Support special projects assigned, and strategic initiatives as assigned by management.


Job Requirements

  • Degree or above with 15 years working experience in Employee Benefits sector, preferably from insurance broking or insurance company. 
  • Progress in professional qualifications in Insurance (like LOMA, etc.) would be an asset.
  • Qualified and licensed as an MPF Subsidiary Intermediary by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders, clients, insurers and partners and with colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Attend client meeting, employee briefing session, group event and industry conferences and events.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.

2. Senior Account Executive, Employee Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the Assistant Account Director, Employee Benefits for major corporate account servicing and business development in employee benefits categories.
  • Service delivery to clients including preparation of underwriting specifications, assisting in producing client proposals, analysis and presentations as required and providing assistance regarding client account issues.


Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in employee benefits field, preferably from insurance broking or insurance company. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Account Executive, Employee Benefits.
  • Experience in handling Group Medical/Life insurance is an advantage.
  • Diploma or above. FLMI / LOMA qualified or progression will be an asset.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Able to work independently, good communication & time management skills.

3. Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Directly report to the Account Manager and assist Director – Financial Lines & Corporates for corporate account servicing in general insurance.
  • Ensure quality service delivery to clients including answering enquiries, preparing quotations or proposals and providing after-sales service.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and insurance companies.
  • Willing to learn and self-motivated.


Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years working experience in general insurance field. Experience in financial lines will be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Account Executive.
  • Diploma or above. Preferable graduate in risk management or insurance aspect.
  • Progress in professional qualifications in Insurance (like CII or ANZIIF etc) would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
  • Out-going, positive attitude and sociable character.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and work independently.

4. Senior Account Manager / Account Manager, Employee Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to Assistant Account Director, Employee Benefits 
  • Provide high quality broking services to existing and potential corporate clients
  • Achieve business growth by penetration from current portfolio and new prospects
  • Liaise with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewal process
  • Service delivery to client includes claims data analytics and proposal
  • Support special projects assigned by Supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 7-10 years working experience in Employee Benefits field, preferably from insurance broking or insurance company. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for post of Account Manager, Employee Benefits)
  • Passed IIQE Paper I,II, III, IV & IIV are preferrable.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Effective Interpersonal skills, analytics and negotiation skills
  • Attend client meeting, employee briefing session, group event and industry event 
  • Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing 

5. Senior Account Manager / Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director – Construction and Corporates, the successful candidate will assist to serve major corporate accounts and explore business development opportunities in general insurance
  • Always act in a client’s best interest to deliver quality and professional service including but preparation of underwriting specifications, assisting in producing client proposals, analysis and presentations etc as required and providing assistance regarding client account issues
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients, insurers and business partners
  • Understand our clients’ needs and requirements and negotiate with insurers for competitive terms and conditions

 

Job Requirements

  • 10 years or above working experience in general insurance field. Experience in handling insurance of sizeable corporate clients and knowledge with construction projects will be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Manager
  • Preferable graduate in risk management or insurance aspect
  • Progress in professional qualifications in Insurance (like CII or ANZIIF etc.) would be an asset
  • Out-going and sociable character
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Exceptional client relationship management capabilities with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player

6. Executive Trainees

Job Responsibilities

  • The candidate will undergo on-the-job training and assists the team to serve the insurance needs of our corporate accounts.
  • He/She will take up project works, attend various onand off-the-job training and will be under direct coaching by the Senior Executives.
  • Duties include preparation of quotation, assisting in producing client proposals, product comparison and claims analysis and day-to-day accountservicing.

 

Job Requirements

  • Fresh university graduates or graduates with 1-2 years working experience are welcome.
  • Pass in Paper 1,2,3,5 of IIQE would be an asset.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Mature, presentable and self-motivated with confidence
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills
